Judge says Vytorin Forum postings can stay

A judge presiding over a Vytorin lawsuit in which Schering-Plough executives are accused of withholding information regarding the failure of an important clinical trial, has decided that incriminating comments posted on an online message board can be included in the lawsuit.
The lawsuit was filed by investors in the company.
