FTC Sends Out More Redress Checks to Victims of the J.K. Publications Credit Card Fraud

Beginning April 9, the FTC, through its claims administrator, will be mailing more than 145,000 checks totaling over $4 million to consumers identified as victims of an illegal credit card billing scam operated by J.K. Publications and other defendants.
