Former Representative of Backfill Subcontractor Sentenced to 33 Month in Jail for Kickback and Fraud Scheme

A former subcontractor representative was sentenced today to serve 33 months in jail and to pay a $30,000 criminal fine for his role in a kickback and fraud conspiracy at a U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) Superfund site in New Jersey, the Department of Justice announced.
