Flooring Contractor Fined for Clean Air Violations in Vermont (VT)

(Boston, Mass. – March 24, 2010) – A Vermont flooring contractor will pay $27,500 to settle EPA claims that it violated the Clean Air Act and the National Emission Standard for Hazardous Air Pollutants for Asbestos, commonly known as the “Asbestos NESHAP” regulations
