No. 10-OPA029 (CHICAGO – March 24, 2010) U.S. Environmental Protection Agency said today that it will return to its cleanup of arsenic-contaminated soil at nearly 500 South Minneapolis homes as soon as the ground thaws—most likely in a few weeks
